Tom Christie - “Specks of Light”

Tom Christie is a songwriter/musician from New Paltz, New York.  ”Specks of Light” is his first full length release.  Tom’s music features evocative imagist lyrics backed by hypnotic fingerpicked guitar, subtle percussion, and complementary harmonica, electric guitar, and piano.  It’s a powerful album from a masterful folk musician who stands out even in this town full of folkies.  Visit myspace.com/thomaschristie for more information.
Note: Piano on “Red Chair” was performed by Nick Barbara, the cover art was made by Alison Czinkota, and the insert photographs were taken by Dean Engle.
